Identifying distressed loans

We help identify loans that are at risk of default. This may involve reviewing guarantor and asset level financial statements to assess the borrower's ability to repay the loan.

Assess Value

The bank will need to determine the value of the property securing the loan to determine whether the loan is underwater (i.e., the value of the property is less than the amount of the loan).

Evaluate options

The bank will need to evaluate the various options available for resolving the distressed loan. This may include modifying the terms of the loan, refinancing the loan, or restructuring the borrower's debt.
